In September 2020, during a period of global uncertainty and collective isolation, a quiet yet undeniable calling led me inward. Guided by Spirit, Mother Nature, and the Ancestors, I entered a sacred dialogue that revealed a living blueprint—one that would eventually birth the Spirit Walk Imagery Board Game. What emerged was far more than a game; it became a divinely inspired tool for remembrance, reflection, and transformation. This offering is my gift to the world.

Spirit Walk was created as a playful yet profound journey of self-discovery, inviting participants into wellness and personal growth through imagery, intuition, and embodied awareness. Each experience is unique and deeply personal—offering insight, joy, and a renewed connection to one’s inner wisdom.

In June 2021, I had the honor of studying with Dr. Malidoma Patrice Somé, revered West African elder, shaman, author, and teacher of the Dagara people of Burkina Faso. Known globally for sharing Indigenous wisdom on ritual, healing, and community through works such as Of Water and the Spirit and The Healing Wisdom of Africa, Dr. Somé became a meaningful guide along my path. During his retreat, he often heard me play my flute in the early mornings. He shared that my flute playing was gracious medicine—a channel through which the Ancestors come through and speak.

In 2022, I was guided back to my maternal ancestral home in Sierra Leone, West Africa, where I reconnected with lineage, land, and living memory. During this homecoming, I was bestowed names of honor and purpose by Maternal African Mende and Temne Tribal Chiefs—sacred reminders of who I truly am and the responsibility I carry. “Jahmie,” in Mende, means one with so much love, and “Ya Bompesseh Ka Blai,” in Temne, means Ceremonial Chief. I now embody both my ancestral names and my birth name, Blanche A. Williams—a sacred balance of identity held in harmony.

Today, Spirit Walk continues to evolve as a gentle yet powerful invitation—guiding individuals back to themselves through play, presence, and intuitive knowing.
